This fun entry in the Vintage Magic Mystery series includes interesting details about the vintage clothes the main character sells and collects. While quirky, the supporting characters are not over the top. A charming ghost and Madeira’s ability to see past events when she touches the clothes make for a fun read.

Madeira Cutler is shocked and saddened when she hears that her friend, actress Dominique DeLong, has died. Soon after, she receives a gown she made for Dominique and a note telling her if she gets the dress, it means she is dead. But how was the dress delivered and how did she know she was going to die? When Madeira arranges a fashion show of Dominique’s clothes for charity, a bitter ex-husband, a fame-hungry understudy, missing diamonds and danger lurk among the beautiful clothes.
