When her friend Clancy goes missing, Dr. Natalya Pulaski asks the police for help. Detective Michael DiPalma finds him, but it's too late. The police call it an overdose, but Natalya believes it's murder. As the two try to figure out what happened, they develop feelings for each other. A lighthearted attraction quickly turns serious, but Natalya is keeping a big secret that could derail this burgeoning relationship. In Diagnosis: Danger (4), part of the Doctors Pulaski series, Marie Ferrarella does a great job of blending humor with intrigue. Both Natalya and Mike have large, tight-knit families who have no qualms about putting in their two cents -- or dollar -- about this romance. Half the fun is how these two navigate their relationship among well-meaning relatives.
