Taking a shortcut through New York's Diamond District, architect Jesse Steele stops a thief from holding up a jewelry store. He lands in the hospital under the care of Dr. Tania Pulaski. Both are stunned by the intense pull of attraction, since past relationships have caused them emotional havoc. As they grow closer, strange, unexplained incidents start happening to Tania. It seems that one or both of their pasts are colliding. One of the wonderful aspects of the Doctors Pulaski series is that Marie Ferrarella keeps all the characters integrated in the stories so it continues to feel family centered. There's real chemistry with this pair, although A Doctor's Secret (3) does end on a rather abrupt note that disrupts the flow of the story.
