Photographer Isabella Devlin is babysitting for her brother's child when
a man breaks into his Texas house. She soon realizes it's Colin Garrick, her older brother's childhood friend, supposedly killed when both were in the Special Forces. Colin lost his memory in the explosion and can't recall who betrayed them, just that someone did. Now he needs his friend's help to lure the traitor out of hiding. Continuing the story of the Special Forces team, Don't Close Your Eyes (2) by Sara Orwig has an interesting plot, but the author gives too much back story too quickly, which weighs down the story. The sexual attraction between Isabella and Colin also develops
at an unbelievably rapid pace.
