Detective Jackson returns, and this time the case is personal. As he resurrects old ghosts and stirs up old memories, he must make decisions in his personal life involving both his daughter and his relationship with Kera. Readers will be intrigued by the reopening of Jackson’s parents’ case and eagerly await closure.

Detective Wade Jackson usually chases hot cases and even hotter leads, but his newest case is a cold one. When the man who confessed to his parents’ murders contacts him to recant his statement, Jackson begins a hunt for the real killer. At the same time, Detective Evans gets a cold case of her own when a coma patient wakes up claiming that someone tried to kill her. When the two cases combine, it’s a race against time to catch a hot killer on this cold case. (SPELLBINDER, Feb., 310 pp., $13.99)
