Book Review

AT THE EDGE
by Cait London

Genre: Romantic Suspense, Paranormal
Sensuality: HOT

RT Rating

The first in a trilogy, London's book features psychic triplets and their equally psychic mother. The writing is excellent and includes some emotional moments. The development of the heroine's powers and the hero's gradual acceptance of them are well done. The two mysteries progress nicely, with one carrying over into upcoming stories.

Living alone and away from others is the only way empath Claire
can find peace. After a stranger attacks Claire, her neighbor, Neil, takes care of her, and Claire discovers that she can sense his emotions and read many of his thoughts. While Claire uses her growing powers to help Neil find his son, who was abducted eight years earlier, someone is determined to get to Claire. Are all the accidents that Neil has been having really accidents? (Avon, Jun., 384 pp., $5.99)
