Harlow has created some seriously sizzling characters. Both Nikko and Selena walk the line between darkness and their humanity, flawed yet endearing. Readers want them to succeed, find each other and kick some serious butt and that’s exactly what they do. Enemy Mine is a great time.

Half-daemon Selena Guererro finds her lost love Nikko dying on the side of the road and injects him with a blood serum to save his life. The serum gives him superhuman powers, but he is pissed: The woman he thought he killed, the only woman he’s ever loved, is alive and she just saved his life. His relentless pursuit of revenge uncovers a plot to kill humans and destroy the alliance. Nikko and Selena must fight their passion and stop the plot before it’s too late.
