your mouth watering. You will get so wrapped up in each of these stories that everything else will just fade away.

In "Esmerelda Secret," Willow returns to Esmerelda, Mass., to bury the mother she discovers she never really knew and face J.W. Dalton and the love they still share. While working for her father's floor-sanding business, Cody finds former high school flame Jared doing the tile work. Will they give their love another shot and hope for a "Smooth Finish"?

Elizabeth longs to find a man who will treasure her heart, keep her safe and give her all the passion she needs. She believes she has found all of this in Miguel, her father's groundskeeper. But sometimes good people get hurt in the "Ruthless Acts" of others. Quiet librarian Evelyn heads to Boston for some wild fun but never imagines it will follow her home. When Reuben arrives at the library's "Closing Time," she's in for plenty of fun. (Amber Quill, Jun. '07, 210 pp., $16.00)
