Dana seeks the peace and quiet of her cabin to nurse emotional wounds after a painful and embarrassing breakup with her fiancé. She neither hopes, expects nor wants to fall in love again—until handsome Chayton Lone Elk enters her life. But Dana's obstinacy and a complication in Chayton's family may keep them from committing to each other, unless they decide to risk a couple of broken hearts in the name of love. Madeline Baker's Every Inch a Cowboy (4) is a standout novel because Chayton is written with surpassing sensitivity and charm.
