Three unlikely couples get romantic in a tale that's fun, sexy and full of colorful personalities and over-the-top antics. The ditsy heroines don't always use their brains, such as when Lila discusses her invention on the Internet with a stranger, but if readers can get past some implausible situations, they'll enjoy this amusing romp.
Lila enlists the aid of a cyberbuddy to fix the machine, and Zach turns out to be a sexy hunk, not the geek she expected. Fellow housemate Taylor, meanwhile, nabs a businessman from the future and puts some fun in his life. (SAMHAIN, Feb., 232 pp., $12.50)
