When Chief of Staff Antony O'Connor suffers a life threatening emergency, he experiences hospital care from a new angle. Patient advocate Kate Lewis helps him cope. Kate and Antony discover passion, but intense family pressures are pulling them apart. Bobby Hutchinson's THE FAMILY DOCTOR (3) overflows with emotional intensity and great characters. But multiple storylines, including family problems and a secondary character's emotional upheaval, overshadow the romance.
