Raised as a foster child, a young woman was finally getting the family she'd always wanted on her wedding day to a state senator. Then a horror from her past sets out to ruin it all. Now, two years later, she is forced to face it all again. Although the plot depends a little too much on lack of communication, Joanna Wayne's marvelous characters make FAMILY TIES (3) an enjoyable read.
