Summoned to a small town to help combat the outbreak of an unknown disease, epidemiologist Dr. Faith Martin is in her element, but she's less comfortable dealing with the local physician, Luke Winston, and her feelings for him. Things get more complicated when she receives phone calls from a man claiming to be her long-lost brother. If he's telling the truth, then not only is Faith in grave danger, so is everyone around her too. Linda Winstead Jones' wonderfully steamy and suspenseful FEVER (4) is bound to strike a chord with readers.
