THE FIREMAN WHO LOVED ME
Bernard’s latest novel is a hilarious and entertaining ride. The cast of characters is, by turns, ridiculous and charming. Readers will love watching Harry and Melissa’s relationship grow and begin rooting or them to overcome the obstacles to their happily ever after.
When Melissa McGuire’s grandmother decides to buy her a date at the Firemen’s Bachelor Ball, she is horribly embarrassed and humiliated, but even more so when she finds out that her date is fire captain Harry Brody, a man with whom she just recently had a run-in. Sparks fly between them, but it will take more than an overwhelming attraction to each other to get these two stubborn souls together. It might take a little matchmaking help.
