IN THE FLESH
by Rita Herron

Genre: Series

RT Rating

Rita Herron delivers a chilling tale of murder with an embittered hero with a tragic past, a psychotic stalker and a psychiatrist caught between family and career. As a serial killer terrifies Savannah, Detective Raul Cortez is forced to work with Dr. Jenny Madden to develop a profile and find the perp. Since his wife's murder, Cortez has no use for shrinks and has avoided relationships, but Jenny has him breaking all the rules. In the Flesh (4.5) keeps the mystery notched up with false trails, wraparound storylines and fully fleshed-out characters.
