Following a car accident, Willow Marsden no longer recognizes the faces of those dearest to her. Her condition, known as face blindness or prosopagnosia, is a setback to her hopes of attending medical school. Years ago, her parents refused to help pay her tuition after catching her sleeping with Cal Chandler. Cal, who now works on a ranch, having abandoned his own interest in veterinary medicine, is at first oblivious to her condition but soon seems intent on reminding her of who he is. Kara Lennox deserves praise for The Forgotten Cowboy (4). She's penned the un-amnesia amnesia story and even found humor in an unfortunate situation.
