Mixed in with the wacky humor of the fourth Charley Davidson outing, Jones tackles the more serious topic of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Charley is clearly suffering from the psychological repercussions of her brutal torture at the hands of a killer. Hot talent Jones is doing a terrific job building complex layers not only for Charley, but also for her vital secondary characters. This madcap supernatural romp is sharp and edged with emotional tension and drama, all of which make it well worth your time and money.

Grim Reaper Charley has been holed up in her apartment for two months, recovering from the physical and mental wounds inflicted on her by a murderer. Meanwhile the sexy son of Satan, Reyes Farrow, has been cleared of the false charges against him and is out of prison, but their relationship is a big question mark. On the PI front, Charley has a new client: a young woman who asserts someone is stalking and threatening her. While some claim Harper Lowell is lying, Charley quickly suspects the danger is very real and longstanding. Reyes is thrust back in the picture when a host of demons put Charley in their sights. (ST.
