FULL CONTACT (4) by Tara Taylor Quinn: Determined to finish her years-long recovery from a rape, social worker Ellen Moore agrees to try medical massage with therapist Jay Billingsley in order to learn how to enjoy physical touch again. But when the therapy works better than she ever thought it would, Ellen finds herself fiercely attracted to the leather-wearing motorcycle-riding masseur, who’s only in town to meet the son he never knew he had and the father who abandoned him as a baby. Quinn effectively portrays complicated emotions. Her depiction of Ellen’s adjustment to touch rings quite true, as do Jay’s feelings about both his child and his father.
