The third book of the Gabriel’s Inferno series brings forth yet another all-consuming, bittersweet romance. This explosive conclusion will wow readers as a stand-alone novel, too, because Reynard keeps reminding them of what happened prior. Gabriel and Julianne’s connection is stronger than ever in this story, and makes one wonder if Gabriel just wants to have a baby with her because he realizes that would keep him from losing her. Absolutely heartfelt, hot and hard to put down.

Professor Gabriel Emerson left his prestigious position at the University of Toronto to begin his life with Julianne. He’s ready to reverse his vasectomy and now feels worthy of fathering and parenting children. Then, Julianne is granted permission to present a lecture at Oxford, and Gabriel feels he should step in because her research could dig up some of his secrets. Oxford brings forth people from their past, and one in particular plans on sabotaging the newlyweds. Now, Gabriel is forced to try and learn all he can about his biological parents in order to save his future and their hopes of having a family. (BERKLEY, Dec., 496 pp., $16.00)
