Book Review

by Beth Williamson

Genre: Erotic Romance, Historical Erotic Romance

RT Rating

Book five in the Mallory Family series is a great stand-alone if you've not had a chance to read the previous titles. Williamson has done an excellent job of creating two very likable characters who have a chemistry that will singe the reader. Trevor and Adelaide share a wonderful romance with plenty of heat and steam.

Trevor Mallory is a connoisseur of women; he loves them all and they all love him in return. Then he meets Adelaide and everything changes. She seems impervious to his charms and beats him at his own game, poker. Now he's in a new position -- beholden to a woman for the first time ever. He's going to have to pay off his debt, and no man has ever had to work so hard or had so much fun. But can he claim the heart of his lady love? (Samhain, Feb., 240 pp., $13.00)
