Ginny Blue likes L.A. and loves what she does--managing film and commercial productions. What she doesn't like is her luck with men. All of her boyfriends wind up as exes. When Nate beats her to the punch and walks out before she can dump him, Ginny begins to wonder if something is wrong with her.

With the support of her equally dysfunctional girlfriends, Ginny embarks on a quest to find out what went wrong with the exes and to find her way to Mr. Right. Along the way she discovers that the one man that she never dated could be the one she should have.

This book has a cute premise and some humorous moments, but neither Ginny nor her friends is engaging. Too much dysfunction and bitterness mark their interactions, without humor and vulnerability to balance it out. Ultimately, Ginny is not a likeable enough heroine to engage the reader.
