Visiting her hometown is a waking nightmare for artist Hallie Brewer. She's been gone for seven years, but nobody, especially high school principal Steve Whitman, has forgotten her—or her youthful antics. Hallie has her life together now but still has a soft spot for Steve—whose sister wants to reunite him with his ex-fiancée. Steve's more interested in figuring out why he's never acted on his attraction to Hallie before she disappears again. Dorien Kelly's THE GIRL LEAST LIKELY TO… (4) is a good blend of laughter and drama, and its quirky heroine is great.
