Book Review

by Kendare Blake

Genre: Young Adult, Paranormal

RT Rating

Blake’s much anticipated sequel to last year’s breakout hit Anna Dressed in Blood will surely please supernatural fans. Blake shies away from the tired “my girlfriend is a ghost” plot and instead creates a story about an undying love, the crossroads of several magical cultures and one very scary killer ghost.

Teenage ghost hunter Cas has been haunted by his ex-girlfriend, the ghostly Anna, ever since she sacrificed herself to help Cas defeat the Obeahman, a supernatural, murderous fiend. Although Cas’ best friends beg him to let Anna go, the ghostbuster thinks Anna may be trapped in hell. Cas will move heaven and earth to get to Anna.
