GIRL IN A VINTAGE DRESS
GIRL IN A VINTAGE DRESS (3) by Nicola Marsh: Chase Etheridge meets vintage-clothing dealer Lola Lombard when he hires her to host his sister’s bachelorette party. The wealthy CEO, “Melbourne’s Most Eligible Bachelor” is pulling out all the stops for his sister’s wedding. He and Lola discover that despite their current differences, they share childhood experiences that make them kindred spirits. This is a fun read with likable characters. However, the frequent reflections and examinations of childhood feelings of neglect and deep-seated personal shortcomings that continue to trouble them in adulthood are a bit overdone.
