Trinity Morrigan-Caine is descended from a long line of witches, and even her father, a veteran cop, can shift into an enormous cougar. But Trinity is not exactly a credit to her paranormal lineage. When she does shift, she can only become a domestic kitty cat. Luckily, she has a feisty spirit, which comes in handy when dying vampire Vincent tells her she has special powers and gifts her with an amulet that once belonged to the Egyptian goddess Ma’at. With brand-new responsibilities as the Guardian of Bastet, Trinity is drawn into a murder investigation led by handsome alpha werewolf Gordon Barnes. Barnes trains Trinity to connect with her animal side, and soon this little kitten is moving up the shapeshifting ladder. (CARINAPRESS.COM, dl $5.99)
