HEART’S CHOICE
by Celeste O. Norfleet

Genre: Contemporary Romance, Multicultural
Sensuality: HOT

RT Rating

Norfleet writes characters to root for. Her heroine is vulnerable and worth loving and Devon is just the man for the job. It’s a challenge to keep the story fresh in a continuing series and Norfleet accomplishes that here with élan. There are no major conflicts, just the growing love between two beautiful people.

NFL star Devon Hayes is done with the groupies who have dogged him from his early days. Now he is on a mission to get married. He approaches matchmaker extraordinaire Melanie Harte for help. Her track record with the rich and famous is legendary.

Recovering from the loss of her mother and brother, award-winning entertainer Jazzelle Richardson is content to stroll on the beach in Sag Harbor and stay at the home of her friend Melanie, not realizing she’s about to meet her match. (KIMANI/ARABESQUE, Jul., 304 pp., $6.99)
