HEARTS AFIRE
by Marta Perry

Genre: Series

RT Rating

In Hearts Afire (4), paramedic Terry Flanagan runs a clinic devoted to the medical needs of migrant farm workers. Now she must work with Dr. Jacob Lansdowne, whose girlfriend committed suicide two years ago -- and Terry was one of the paramedics on the scene. Jake is none too pleased to be overseeing the clinic, and he's even less thrilled to be working with Terry, because his feelings about his girlfriend's death are still real and raw. But as Jake and Terry spend time together, their paths cross in several different directions and their hearts open up to love in Marta Perry's touching story.
