Small-town police chief Henry Russell's quiet life becomes just a little noisier with the arrival of Princess Liliane of Grunberg. Henry's normally peaceful town is overrun by tourists and dignitaries, and, of all things, a band of Gypsies camping on the outskirts, intending to hold a fair. Keeping a close eye on them is prudent and has nothing whatsoever to do with lovely Rom jewelrymaker Jana Vargas. Or so Henry tells himself. Carrie Alexander turns up the heat in Book Two of this month's Double Duets, HENRY EVER AFTER (4). While amusing, this offering is also more sensual and emotionally intense than its companion tale.
