Book Review

by Jan Springer

Genre: Erotic Romance, Futuristic

RT Rating

The elements of Springer’s latest provide an unforgiving background in this post-apocalyptic tale of three men driven to share one woman. While the ménage à quatre plays a major role, all of the characters are believable and intense, and the story is very well plotted.

Solar flares have turned almost everyone on Earth to dust, providing a rudimentary existence for those left behind. After the catastrophe, Dr. Elizabeth Brandywine treats those who come to her secluded home, including Ethan Durango.

Ethan left several months before to protect survivors from roving bands of marauders. He returns with two of his men, all three wounded, to be patched up by the doc, but Ethan also wants to share Liz with Landon and Tyrell. It’s Liz’s secret desire to be shared by the men, although she offers token resistance as the men heal. (SIREN, 2011, 126 pp., $14.99)
