HER CATTLEMAN BOSS
HER CATTLEMAN BOSS (4) by Barbara Hannay: Returning to the outback for her uncle Angus' funeral is a painful journey into the past for photographer Kate Brodie. She'll be seeing the man she once loved, Noah Carmody, as well as dealing with her loss. Kate also gets a surprise when she arrives: Angus has left his property to her and Noah. Recently divorced, Noah is wary of Kate. Nine years ago, he shared her feelings, but Angus warned him off. Working together is the only way to keep the property, but can Noah find a way to be with Kate when the workday ends? Old-fashioned in a good way, and with well-developed characters and a gorgeous setting, Hannay's title may be a little plot-heavy, but it's forgivable.
