HER MAN IN MANHATTAN
HER MAN IN MANHATTAN (3) by Trish Wylie: As a politician’s daughter, Miranda Kravitz is used to public life, but that doesn’t mean she appreciates the lack of privacy and micromanaging of her schedule. Her new bodyguard, Detective Tyler Brannigan, isn’t thrilled about babysitting Miranda when he has more important police work to do, and Miranda doesn’t make his job easy. Sparks fly, but are Tyler and Miranda simply too different to make a relationship work? More character background earlier on would have made the arrogance, animosity and sometimes juvenile behavior of the hero and heroine easier to understand. However, for readers in the mood for a bodyguard romp, Wylie’s story won’t disappointment.
