Roman Bradshaw goes back to his honeymoon spot at Thunder Key to remember his late wife. Leah was assumed to have drowned when her car crashed into the river 18 months ago, so he's stunned to discover her working in a bar and grill there. Leah doesn't remember anything before coming to live on the Key, but she knows there's some dark secret in her past. Her Man to Remember (2) by Suzanne McMinn has a mystery that's gradually revealed and a pleasant heroine. But the tale starts slowly, the dialogue is awkward and there are too many flashbacks, which slow the pace. It also seems unlikely that Roman wouldn't tell her she was his wife earlier in the story.
