Michaels’ latest Mistress Matchmaker novel incorporates a breathtaking historical romance and just enough pulse-racing sex scenes to make one’s toes curl. Readers will appreciate the heroine’s thirst for freedom and her fearlessness. The dialogue flows without flaw, capturing the time period perfectly. Unfortunately, all complicated love stories must come to an end, so be prepared to shed a tear or two.

Mistress Matchmaker Vivien Manning wants to flee London. She just can’t seem to let go until she bids adieu to the one man who has stolen her heart forever: Benedict Greystone. Although their affair ended years prior, she welcomes him back into her bed knowing their passion for each other is infinite. Vivien must leave once and for all in order to start anew, but she finds it a lot tougher than expected when both she and Benedict realize it’s not so easy to fall out of love.
