Returning the cameo he found to its owner brings Detective James Munro into teacher Constance Beaulieu's life. When Constance tries to show gratitude for the recovery of her heirloom, though, James is uncomfortable. But Constance gets to him eventually, and they find they have much in common, including good reason to avoid romantic entanglements! But Constance is open to giving love another try, and James isn't. Or so he thinks. Marie Ferrarella ends the Cameo trilogy on a satisfying note with Her Special Charm (4). This straightforward story is more about character than plot and has a romance that makes the reader want to believe in magic.
