IN HIS DREAMS
Marsha Sullivan is spending some time at her family cottage, which brings bittersweet memories. When Marsha spies former brother-in-law Jeff while getting groceries, she is filled with joy. Both have been widowed for years. There's a powerful attraction that they find difficult to ignore and that carries with it feelings of guilt and betrayal, but they manage to enjoy their time together. In His Dreams (4.5) touches on sensitive issues, including the problems of an emotionally handicapped child. But Gail Gaymer Martin outdoes herself with the romance she threads throughout. Faith -- especially Jeff's need to strengthen his -- is present but never hits the point of preachiness.
