Two young players at love decide to depend on each other to keep more serious suitors at bay, but their plan backfires delightfully when they find themselves deep in love.

He needs a bride to keep his fathers money coming his way, and she wants a suitor to camouflage her regard for another man. It seems like the perfect plan except that pretend romances shouldnt cause such real confusion. This couple must learn some hard life lessons and grow up a little in order to find the happiness they deserve, and it is this process which highlights the tale.

HIS HEARTS DELIGHT is a sweet confection of light humor, strong emotions and quick passions. (Jan., 254 pp., $4.99)
