Image of A Holiday Yarn: A Seaside Knitters Mystery

This perfect blend of cozy mayhem and comfortable surroundings creates a warm holiday mystery. The crew is in the middle of swirling snow and suspects as several mysteries occupy their time between holiday events. This series continues to flourish as Goldenbaum develops her characters and charms readers with her small New England town.

The Seaside Knitters are enjoying each other’s company as the holidays roll around. The new bed and breakfast in town is almost ready to open as Mary Pisano works hard to add the final touches, but when her fashion editor cousin, Pamela, is found dead by the inn’s front porch, the grand opening may need to be postponed. As Nell and the rest of the knitters unravel the clues, a local painter ends up dead at the inn — an accident which looks awfully like murder. Hopefully all will be resolved and holiday cheer restored before the season is over. (OBSIDIAN, Nov., 272 pp., $23.95)
