Dr. Morgan Kelly has come to Shelter Island to care for her father's patients while he's on vacation. When she hears
a crash and cry of pain coming from a nearby home, she finds a handsome man lying on the floor. He turns out to be a man from her past, Ethan Grace, who's come back home broken in more ways than one. Does Morgan have the skills to heal his body and soul? Home to the Doctor, by Mary Anne Wilson (4.5),
is a beautiful sequel to the first title in Wilson's Shelter Island Stories series, Alegra's Homecoming. This is a strong stand-alone that also gives readers of the first title a chance to revisit old friends. Morgan and Ethan are wonderfully matched, and their romance is the reason readers choose this genre.
