HOME AT LAST (4) by Margaret Watson: Caring for her nephew while her sister's on her honeymoon, jewelry designer Fiona McInnes is forced into contact with vet Jackson Grant -- the boy she once loved and lost -- by a sick dog. Still angry over Fiona's desertion of him years earlier, Jackson nevertheless still finds her attractive, and the two rekindle their romance. While Jackson must get over his anger at Fiona, she must deal with her insecurities and business problems. Watson's gift for characterization makes this an appealing tale of intense emotion.
