HOME TO WYOMING (4) by Rebecca Winters: Alex Wilson and her 7-year-old granddaughter, Jennifer, are still recovering from the loss of Jenny’s parents. Jenny’s especially excited about staying at a Wyoming dude ranch run by three ex-military buddies who like to give war victims’ families a vacation. One owner, Buck Summerhayes, is retired because he suffers acute dyspnea, a result of his time in the military. As Buck gets to know Alex and Jenny, he realizes that he wants them to stay with him, but Alex has someone waiting for her back home. This new Daddy Dude Ranch story is delightful. The not too much older heroine attracted to a younger hero gives an intriguing premise to this charmingly entertaining tale of heroes who are heroic in all ways.
