HOT CHOCOLATE ON A COLD DAY
by Roz Denny Fox

Genre: Contemporary Romance, General Contemporary Romance

RT Rating

Megan Benton, a lieutenant in the Coast Guard, likes her life, likes her job and loves hot chocolate on a cold day. So when she and new neighbor Sterling Dodge meet for the first time, it is not what she thought it would be like. He has moved in with two sullen teenagers and one sweet 4-year-old boy. No matter what Megan does, it seems he is not ready for her to be the welcoming committee. Megan wants to be nice, but Sterling brings out her sassy side -- probably because he is such a grump!

Sterling is looking for a fresh start with his brother and sister-in-law and his little boy. They have left New York for Michigan in hopes of getting their lives back on track. He does not need or want another woman who puts herself in danger. So why on earth is he not able to get Megan out of his
mind and heart?

Megan and Sterling are a fine pair
of characters. This is a sweet, feel-good read as only Fox can deliver. (Apr., 448 pp., $5.99)
