HOTTER AFTER MIDNIGHT
by Cynthia Eden

Genre: Paranormal/Urban Fantasy, Shapeshifter, Paranormal Romance
Sensuality: HOT

RT Rating

In this slightly gory, highly charged romance, Eden delves into the darker side of the paranormal with powerful demons, beastly shifters and a human who has some special powers of her own. The entire story is a murder mystery, lightened here and there with the hero's failed attempts to woo the sassy, hardheaded heroine. The love scenes are explosive and arousing.

Empathic monster doctor Emily Drake has been asked to assist
in a murder case as a profiler. But Detective Colin Gyth has a secret that Emily is incredibly in tune with. The case heats up as more bodies are found, the demons and shifters they encounter become more powerful
and their attraction to each other
gets more irresistible.

When Emily's life is threatened
and the case is close to being broken, the beast in Detective Gyth unsettles and his instinct to protect breaks
free--only to be tested by the
most powerful paranormal being
on earth.
