HOW TO RUN WITH A NAKED WEREWOLF
Alaska is the perfect setting for a protagonist looking to hide out and start over — while encountering some werewolves along the way — and it adds some interesting depth to Harper’s latest triumph. How to Run With a Naked Werewolf touches on serious issues, including a woman who escapes a domestic abuse situation. The hero and heroine have wonderful and believable instant chemistry and it’s fun to see them learn about each other beyond their powerful attraction. Readers will become completely engrossed in Anna/Christina’s and Caleb’s story. Harper is one author who should immediately go on your keeper shelf. I look forward to every release and I’m always pleased after turning the final page.
Anna Moder is a woman on the run. After her car explodes during a violent altercation that leaves Caleb Graham wounded, Anna uses her medical ability to nurse him back to health. Her previous experience as a physician with his wolf pack comes in handy. Now without a job or car, Anna reluctantly decides to travel with the cranky yet hunky werewolf. Caleb uses his natural ability as a tracker to his advantage as a bounty hunter. He doesn’t always use legal means to get his man, but the job gets done, and he gets paid. When the past Anna’s been running from collides with Caleb’s current assignment, he has to decide if he wants to save his career, or his potential life mate. (POCKET, Jan., 352 pp., $7.99)
