Lucy Aster, or Lusna the Etruscan Goddess of the Moon, goes to every Railers hockey game to watch Brandon Stevenson. He gives her feelings she hasn’t had in her lifetime — and two millennia seems like forever. Brand’s had his eyes on the beauty in the stands for two years and finally decides to track her down. When he arrives at the small bar in the middle of nowhere, they hit it off, but she wipes his memory of the evening. When he shows up at the bar the next night, she realizes he’s something special. She’s losing her powers and is in grave danger from an underworld deity. Brand puts his life on the line when he uncovers his mysterious past. (SOURCEBOOKS, Dec., 288 pp., $14.99)
