Book Review

A HUNGER SO WILD
by Sylvia Day

Genre: Paranormal/Urban Fantasy, Paranormal Romance
Sensuality: HOT

RT Rating

Day’s second Renegade Angel story benefits from the foundation set by the first novel. Although there is a focus on a lycan and vampire in this adventure, the story is exciting, the couple is hot and the world is still angelic. Day is an expert at mixing the right amount of excitement and intrigue with a sexy couple on the cusp of danger.

The most alpha of alphas, Elijah Reynolds is a rare lycan whose sexual prowess is second only to his hunting skills. Vashti is the next most powerful vampire in the world and delights in leaving a path of destruction behind. Vash has been assigned to form an alliance between the vampires and the lycans who killed her mate, and she goes to Elijah. But the passion that rises between them rivals the need for revenge. With war looming, Elijah and Vash must choose between their own kind or their consuming desire for one another. (SIGNET ECLIPSE, Jul., 368 pp., $7.99)
