THE HUSBAND RECIPE
THE HUSBAND RECIPE (4) by Linda Winstead Jones: Neat, detail-oriented Lauren Russell’s controlled existence suddenly comes to an end when a muddy baseball flies through her window, thanks to the new kids next door. Livid, she goes to complain and comes face to face with their handsome dad. Ex-baseball player Cole Donovan and his three kids throw a monkey wrench into her well-constructed life. However, she comes to realize that that’s not necessarily a bad thing. This story has a good blend of genuine, quirky characters and amusing, tender moments. A delightful read.
