BEFORE I LET YOU GO (4.5) by Angie Daniels: Schoolteacher Kellis Saunders hasn't been interested in dating since a terrible breakup. But that changes after she runs into her first love, Diamere Redmond. Their potential relationship was thwarted years ago when Diamere's ex claimed she was pregnant with his twin daughters, but the girls weren't his. He's glad to see Kelly again, but the memory of their past relationship could prevent them from forging a future together. Kelly and Diamere are intriguing characters who mesh well together -- similar personalities, similar life circumstances and a love for one another that will not die. Daniels' wonderfully heartwarming story is one to read over and over again.
