ICE COLD
by Tess Gerritsen

Genre: Mystery/Suspense/Thriller, Suspense

RT Rating

Gerritsen pulls out all the stops in her breathtaking new Rizzoli & Isles novel. The bite of desperation and an unforgiving climate give the danger a chilling edge. A truly extraordinary read!

When Dr. Maura Isles and friends have an accident en route to a ski resort, they walk for help to the snowbound village of Kingdom Come. The residents seem to have vanished into thin air, leaving food on the tables and a bloodstain in at least one home. And someone in the woods is watching …

Det. Jane Rizzoli is horrified to learn that Maura’s charred remains have been found in a wrecked vehicle, but new information sends her to Wyoming to investigate. (BALLANTINE, Jul., 336 pp., $26.00)
