RT Rating

The story has an amazing opening scene that will get your attention from the first sentence. Filled with plenty of action, readers will not be able to put this one down. The characters are engaging and the plot is complex and fast paced. Towards the story's end there is a bit too much going on in the form of last minute backstory and plot reveals, but even with the added twists and turns, this is an extremely enjoyable, sexy spy adventure.

T-FLAC explosives operative Rafael Navarro and cyber-crime operative Honey Winston become unlikely partners after her boss is murdered right after the first of several connected bombings. Rafael is called the Spanish Stallion — for more than just his swift ability to defuse bombs. Honey, a master of disguise, is known as Ice Queen. On the most dangerous mission of their lives all they have to do is find a way to catch the bad guy … and stay alive long enough to enjoy each other. (SELF-PUBLISHED, Oct., dl., $6.99)
