Storytelling at its best is the only way to describe Donna Hill's entertaining
and thought-provoking If I Were Your Woman (4). Tony Dixon loves Stephanie Moore, despite her inability to admit the same to him. He's hurt at the thought that she's keeping secrets from him, yet he doesn't think the secret he's keeping from her is huge -- one that might end their relationship. Stephanie is being stalked by her ex-lover/boss and his psychotic wife, and she's also the primary caregiver for her twin sister, totally responsible for paying for her care. Before their issues are resolved, they learn a painful lesson about trust and honesty.
